Local Pick Up Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of fulfillment, and refunds will be issued as store credit. We can no longer accept returns longer than 14 days after the fulfillment date. If you do not pick up your items within 14 days post fulfillment, you are relinquishing your ability to return. 

 

For Shipping Returns

Shipping returns must be mailed back within 14 days of confirmed delivery date for store credit. Return shipping is paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed unless the order is incorrect. 

 

Return Conditions:

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, stain and odor free with original tags attached. 

Store Credit will be offered within 48 hours of item acceptance. Once it's in our hands, we'll credit your account within 48 hours. 

Shipping cost will not be credited.
